Art Director

As an artistic director, I have a keen eye for discovering untapped talent in unexpected places, often guided by pure intuition. A prime example is Ojibway artist Nico Williams, whose first international exhibition I brought to Chile when he was still unknown, showcasing his work in both academic and indigenous spaces, opening doors for a powerful cross-cultural dialogue.

With over three decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with many creators, bringing their unique visions to life. I focus on crafting bold, unscripted projects that spark new connections. My goal is simple: to amplify the voices that matter, leading teams to create innovative, impactful work that resonates long after the exhibition ends.

Bridging Cultures: Celebrating Diversity Through Art

Throughout my career, I’ve curated numerous exhibitions where diverse artists—each with their own unique stories and perspectives—came together to celebrate the beauty of cultural differences and explore shared ideas through their work. One of my most memorable projects was Visions of Peace, an exhibition where beadwork became a powerful bridge, connecting First Nations and immigrant artists from Canada and Chile. This project, along with many others, reflects my commitment to honoring diversity and originality while maintaining a high standard of artistic integrity.

Fostering Creative Power: A Vision Beyond Art

My role is not just about creating beautiful art—it’s about ensuring each project communicates complex ideas, resonates with audiences, and brings people together to inspire change. I draw inspiration from the concept of creating popular power, which leads me to step back and allow organic, personal development to unfold within the creative process.
